How Far Along: 34 Weeks & 6 days!
How Big is Baby: Vegetable wise, baby is the size of a butternut squash! We had an ultrasound this week and baby is 5 pounds 7 ounces!
Movement: Super active little babe over here! Jaime and I love just watching baby wiggle around in there!
Feeling: Tired! Other than that, I am feeling really good!
Nursery Update: I changed the nursery….. again. I’m guessing this will be the final nursery design seeing as the babe is due in like 5 weeks haha.
Working Out: This is happening less and less but I am still trying to make my way to the gym a couple times a week!
Sleep: Sleeping still isn’t a problem for me! The problem is trying to get back up once I lay down haha.
Birth Class: We officially graduated from birth class! Last night we had our final class and a pediatrician came to speak with us. During class we went over things like swaddling, diaper changing, baths, etc. The basics for what we need to know once baby is here! It made Jaime and I really excited to think about our baby actually being here.
Appointments: We had our second growth ultrasound this week as well as just our regular appointment. Baby is measuring in the 48th percentile, is 5 pounds 7 ounces, and has a heart rate of 138 bpm! My doctor came in after our ultrasound and asked where I was hiding the baby since I am carrying small haha. Baby is looking so healthy and we couldn’t be more thankful for that. During our ultrasound we got the cutest picture ever of our little babes face. It makes everything feel so real. Jaime and I can’t stop staring at the picture <3
Random: Last night we worked on the nursery! Hung the picture frames, curtains, and book shelves! I also made a hospital bag list and will most likely be packing that this week as well! This is way to real. We are so ready though!
At our baby shower we had everyone guess the gender and names (along with a bunch of other things). It was so fun to look at what everyone thinks. Nobody came close to either of our boy or girl names which is funny! More people are team boy than team girl. I can’t wait to find out!
We are officially having a baby NEXT MONTH!
Love,
Nicole B
