Today I’m sharing one of our go to side dishes for dinner. These thin and crispy sweet potato fries are a fan favorite in our house and with our friends & family! I typically make 1 large sweet potato for Jaime, Marina, and I.
This recipe is for 1 large sweet potato. Make sure to double or triple it if you are making for a larger group.
Ingredients Needed: Sweet Potato, Olive Oil, Italian Style Bread Crumbs, and Parmesan Cheese
Step 1: Peel your sweet potato
Step 2: Cut it into thin strips
Step 3: Put your fries into a ziplock bag. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and shake it up to coat them.
Step 4: Combine 1/4 cup of Italian Style Bread Crumbs with 2 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese, add that into your ziplock bag, and shake it up until they are all covered.
Step 5: Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with PAM.
Step 6: Put your fries onto the baking sheet individually. Make sure each fry is touching the baking sheet. It’s more time consuming but worth it for the crispy result!
Step 7: Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on top
Step 8: Bake on 425° for 20-25 minutes on bottom rack. Keep an eye on them, they can go from perfectly crispy to burnt fast!
Follow the simple recipe + steps above & let me know if you try it!
